Cassydy & Andy ... Wedded bliss! March 21, 2009

I'm happy to report that Cassydy and Andy tied the knot this past Saturday in Newport Beach -- the ceremony was held at the beautiful St. Marks Presbyterian and immediately following that we raced on over to the Turnip Rose for a great time at the reception! Here are some of my favorite images from the day ...

It's hard to be away on Valentines Day to shoot a wedding ... my wife said it was OK every seven years or so ... Monica & George made it worthwhile as they had a beautiful ceremony and a fun reception.  Here are just a few of the images captured:

Catching up with the Blog!

I have got a lot of catching up to do -- I've been a bad blogger ... Oh my Gosh! I feel bad for neglecting the fine people I have photographed over the last few months. I have several weddings to catch up on and a few engagement shoots to post.  I have no excuse so keep an eye out -- I'm gonna post every day for a while to catch up so please stay tuned .... I'm gonna post a most recent engagement shoot first so here goes.

Jameson at the Gypsy Lounge ... 2/10/2009

Last night I went to The Gypsy Lounge; in Lake Forest, CA to shoot some images of Jameson; playing live. Honestly I didn't know what to expect as it's been a real long time since I've been out to a bar for some live music -- let alone Folk Rock; as I'd describe Jameson's style ... this guy needs a label; he got a great presence, he's a skilled guitarist and his vocals carry quite a range! Plus, Jameson has a quiet demeanor and is a very nice guy. Check out some of the images I captured -- I gotta say IT WAS DARK -- I think Jameson likes it that way -- it fits his music and his personal style
