Happy New Year!

I'll bet some people have wondered whats been going on with me the past couple of months or so….I cannot believe how FAST time has gone by.  This will be the year I diversify my photography business a little.  I've been very stubborn wanting to strictly stay within the 'wedding photography' world I've been neglecting my art!  I have always enjoyed the music industry and when younger attended tons of live music events -- concerts. 

One of my goals this year will be to chronicle my foray into shooting local Orange County bands.  I really want to keep it low key and local ... maybe some of the locals can use some of my images for their portfolios real soon.  I'm actually shooting some bands this week and my short term goal is to shoot the OC Music Awards -- we'll see? 

I've got quite a few weddings and engagement shoots that I've neglected to post ... hopefully you'll stay tuned for some exciting images from me this year -- oh, and I might even post some images of children and families I've been shooting ...

When I first met Jennifer and Ty at a Bridal Show earlier this year the first impression I got was 'wow' ... these guys are so 'hot' I would love to shoot their wedding!  I know it sounds a little odd coming from me cuz I'm a pretty conservative guy and all ... but it all worked out and just last Friday at the fabulous Turnip Rose these two were Married! Here are some of my favorites:

I have been so behind in my posts I feel like such a bad blogger -- I have been meaning to get this post up for some time now.  Lauren & Jeremy were made for each other; photographing their wedding was such a pleasure.  We captured so many great images it was hard to choose which ones to show; but here goes:
